Technical Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer engineering, Information Technology or similar;
- Advanced knowledge in configuring, administrating and troubleshooting of Microsoft® Windows Products including Windows Server 2003/XP, Windows Server 2008/R2/Win7, Windows Server 2012/R2/Win8/Win8.1, Win10;
- Familiarity with Windows Internals and Windows Sysinternals suite;
- Experience in configuring, administrating and troubleshooting Operating Systems;
- Knowledge of Datacenter technologies (Administration of Operating Systems, Virtualization, Storage, Backup, Failover Clustering, Update Services);
- Knowledge of Desktop technologies (Setup and Deployment, Printing, Terminal Server, Shell, Devices, App-V);
- Proficiency in english is mandatory;
