Technical Requirements:
- At least 2 years of professional experience as IT Service Desk Assistant;
- Experience in IT Service Desk with Hardware (laptops, desktops, PDA, mobile, telefones IP)
- Relevant professional qualification in IT Service Management (Foundation Level);
- CompTIA A+ Technical PC or similar certifications would be an advantage;
- Previous experience using Atlassian JIRA Service Desk management tool would be an advantage;
Behavioral profile:
- Strong communications skills;
- Experience working in a multicultural environment;
- Team player with a willingness to offer and provide help to non-technical users;
- Good problem solving skills; ability to visualize a problem or situation and think abstractly to solve it;
- An ability to build good and strong relationships with the End-User base.
