Function: Team Leader (Service Desk)

Workplace: Luxembourg

 

Technical Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Service Desk Agent;
    • Experience with MS Office Suite;
    • Experience with Microsoft OS (Windows 7 and 10);
    • Knowledge of mobile devices and mobile phone services;
    • Knowledge of ticketing and CMDB tools;
    • Understanding of networking and networking protocols;
  • Experience as a Team Leader/Coordinator;
  • ITIL Foundation Certification;
  • Fluent in English and/or French;

  • Pan-European mind-set;
